Digital products are non-refundable

All our products are digital and can be copied once downloaded, so we do not give refunds on them.

Exceptions

We will refund an order in these cases only:

1. You paid twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
2. The file was never delivered and we cannot deliver it.
3. The product has a defect that we cannot fix.

How to request a refund

Email info@themesntemplates.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will reply by email.

Before you buy

Please check the demo and the product description first. If something does not work, contact us. We fix issues with the purchased product for 3 months from the purchase date. See our Delivery Policy.
